Participating in the Smart Factory Special Exhibition at the 'Seoul International Machine Tool Show (SIMTOS) 2016'

Dassault Systèmes Korea (www.3ds.com/ko) will participate in the Smart Factory Special Pavilion of the 'Seoul International Machine Tool Show 2016 (www.simtos.org)' held at KINTEX in Ilsan from April 13 to 17 as part of the Dassault Systèmes 3D Experience Consortium.

In this exhibition, Dassault Systèmes Korea introduces its smart factory solutions and cases as the most efficient next-generation operation model through the application of simulation ideas to production sites. Dassault Systèmes Korea is a global company that provides an integrated platform that can implement a 'connected smart factory' environment that links product planning, marketing, research and development, production, and service based on the digitalization of the manufacturing process.

Recently, the manufacturing environment is changing into a 'smart factory' environment that maximizes efficiency by reducing variables in actual work through virtual verification that reflects the diverse and complex needs of customers from the initial manufacturing planning stage. Dassault Systèmes has various smart manufacturing solutions for manufacturing innovation, such as ensuring information continuity and optimizing simulation, digital-based big data analysis, and real-time decision-making and maximizing operational and process efficiency through these. Through this event, it will present a '3D connected system' that collects, integrates, and links all information from the entire manufacturing process, including logistics, transportation, and APS, and stores it within a platform.
