The new highly anticipated title in the Forza Motorsport series
Specially made for Windows 10

Microsoft Korea (CEO Ko Soon-dong) announced that Forza Motorsport 6: Apex, the new highly anticipated title in the Forza Motorsport series, has been released as an open beta version.

Turn 10 Studios has specially developed a Windows 10 version of Forza Motorsport 6: Apex. Apex combines Turn 10's proprietary ForzaTech engine, specialized for racing, with curated content from the Forza Motorsport series. Notably, it runs on DirectX 12 and supports 4K resolution.



Forza Motorsport 6 Apex features a revamped Career Mode based on the Showcase Tour event, where players race on circuits around the world, and Spotlight Series events will be added regularly. Additionally, it supports 63 vehicles, and players can enjoy racing in various environments, including night and rain, on 20 tracks across 6 regions.

Microsoft plans to continue providing updates during the open beta period of Forza Motorsport 6 Apex so that Forza can be played on various Windows 10-based devices. In addition, they emphasized that they will improve the gaming experience of the Forza series, which will be released on Xbox One and Windows 10, by reflecting gamer feedback.

Forza Motorsport 6 Apex can be downloaded for free from the Windows Store.

Meanwhile, in celebration of Family Month, Microsoft Korea is holding a promotional event for customers purchasing an Xbox One console throughout the month of May. Starting May 5, all customers who purchase an Xbox One console at online or offline Xbox retailers will receive a one-month Lego rental and an Avengers Hulkbuster figure. This giveaway event may end early once limited quantities are exhausted, and further details can be found at the official online retailer, Dongseo Game Mall, and other retailers.
