FLIR Systems Korea announced that it will participate in the 2016 International Electric Power Exhibition, held at Hall C of COEX Exhibition Center in Samseong-dong from Wednesday, May 11 to Friday, May 13, and will showcase a wide range of thermal imaging measurement equipment for the electric and power industries.

At this exhibition, FLIR is showcasing a variety of thermal imaging measurement equipment, including the FLIR C2, FLIR Ex, and Exx series portable thermal imaging cameras, the FLIR T-series thermal imaging cameras that provide up to 1.2 megapixels of thermal resolution and accuracy, the new CM174 clamp meter, and Extech infrared thermometers.



The new FLIR CM174 is a thermal imaging clamp meter that supports FLIR Systems' advanced technology, IGM™ (Infrared Guided Measurement), which uses infrared to identify and display problems. It can detect problematic parts in various electrical facilities, such as complex wires, cables, components, distribution panels, and operation control panels, faster and more accurately than conventional clamp meters. In particular, by incorporating a thermal imaging camera, it allows users to visually see problems that are difficult to identify with standard clamp meters.
