To enable HR professionals to deliver personalized experiences for each employee, Oracle HRHD Cloud provides a 360-degree view of employee analytics and includes enhanced search functions.

In addition, the new solution provides case management and escalation capabilities to enable HR professionals to solve more complex problems. HRHD Cloud supports HR departments in providing high-quality services to employees at a low cost through new key features.

Oracle's Work Life Applications go beyond traditional HR applications to increase employee engagement by connecting processes, transformations, and employee communities. The My Volunteering application helps employees achieve their volunteer goals by enabling them to view on-site volunteer projects and quickly enroll in programs. Oracle Learning Cloud enables employees of all levels to learn regardless of location.
