AXIS M3044-V, AXIS M3045-V, and AXIS M3046-V Launched as New Products in the AXIS M30 Series
Equipped with HDTV picture quality, wide backlight correction, and Zipstream technology

Axis Communications has launched the new mini dome network cameras, the AXIS M3044-V, AXIS M3045-V, and AXIS M3046-V, as new products in the AXIS M30 series. The AXIS M30 series is a product family that is widely used in hotels, commercial buildings, department stores, and retail outlets, and is receiving a positive response from customers.
This new product supports HDTV quality and provides perfect video surveillance even in environments with highly fluctuating lighting conditions through Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology. It is also equipped with Axis Zipstream technology, which reduces video file size and bandwidth while saving important images in high quality. Since it ships from the factory with the focus set, it can be easily installed on walls or ceilings, and the 3-axis angle adjustment function makes it easy to level the camera and convenient to adjust its direction.

The AXIS M3044-V provides HDTV 720p video at up to 30 frames per second. The AXIS M3045-V provides HDTV 1080p video at 30 frames per second and also supports HDMI to view video in real-time on an HDTV monitor.

The AXIS M3046-V delivers 4MP video at up to 30 frames per second and allows for the simultaneous transmission of multiple video streams, with each stream configured individually. The AXIS M3046-V can be used as an alternative to variable focus lens cameras. Equipped with 4MP resolution and digital PTZ capabilities, it provides clear HDTV 1080p images across a horizontal field of view ranging from 95 to 128 degrees.

The new products in the Axis M30 series support the use of third-party video analysis applications, such as people counting, integrated into the camera, and provide video motion detection and active tampering alarm functions. Axis' Corridor Format enhances the efficiency of the video sensor by providing a vertical video stream when monitoring narrow areas such as stairs, passageways, and corridors. It also supports PoE and features a Micro SD/Micro SDHC memory card slot to support edge storage applications.

The warranty period for the AXIS M3044-V, AXIS M3045-V, and AXIS M3046-V is 3 years. The warranty period for all M-line products is scheduled to be extended from the existing 1 year to 3 years.

The AXIS M30 series cameras support the industry's most widely used image management software based on the AXIS Camera Station and the Axis Application Development Partner Program. They also support the AXIS Camera Application Platform and ONVIF, enabling easy integration with camera systems.
