SK Telecom is releasing a special edition of the Luna S Taekwondo V. A limited edition of 1,000 units will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting on the 18th through the official online mall, T World Direct (shop.tworld.co.kr), and 13 authorized SK Telecom dealerships.

This product is the result of a collaboration between Taekwon V, a Korean character celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, and Korean manufacturer TG & Company. The full metal design and Frozen Blue color match the metal material and color tone of Taekwon V's body. Limited-edition character products have been released only rarely in some premium products, but this limited-edition product, including a figure, marks the first in Korea.

The release price is 599,500 won, which is about 30,000 won higher than the regular 'Luna S (release price 568,700 won)'. This product is equipped with various UX (user experience) such as Taekwon V wallpaper, Taekwon V theme song ringtone, and the back has a Taekwon V face image engraved using a separate laser method.

The 'Luna S' has been steadily gaining popularity among young customers in their 30s and younger due to its premium basic specifications and reasonable price. Customers under 30 account for over 60% of all customers. Following the launch of Natural Silver and Classic Gold colors, and the addition of Rose Pink, sales have steadily increased, averaging over 1,000 units per day, maintaining a high ranking in SK Telecom's handset sales rankings.
