Samsung Electronics has brought a performance from the Vienna Opera House in Austria, one of the world's top three opera houses, directly into your living room with perfect HDR picture quality.

Samsung Electronics has launched a service that allows users to enjoy popular opera and ballet performances from the Vienna Opera House in HDR quality through Quantum Dot SUHD TVs.

Samsung SUHD TV customers can vividly enjoy high-quality live performance footage in UHD quality with HDR technology via streaming through the 'Opera House' application. The Vienna Opera House exclusively provides live UHD HDR performance footage through Samsung SUHD TVs.

Samsung Electronics and the Vienna Opera House plan to offer up to 10 productions in HDR, which delivers much more vividly than UHD, by the first half of next year, starting with the opera 'La Traviata'.

Samsung Quantum Dot SUHD TV delivers the overwhelming stage effects of an opera, the actors' detailed facial expressions, and even the smallest movements exactly as they are through HDR technology boasting outstanding color reproduction and maximum brightness, providing an emotional experience as if you were watching live.

It also clearly conveys everything without distortion, from areas on stage illuminated by strong lights to dark, unlit areas behind the stage, enhancing the immersive experience of the performance.
