Samsung SDS announced on the 21st that it has launched 'Lookin,' a free IT system diagnostic analysis service.

Lookin Service is an intelligent IT system diagnostic service developed by Samsung SDS that has programmed Samsung Group’s 30 years of IT system operation experience and IT failure improvement analysis methods into a rule-based engine.

Samsung stated that the Lookin service provides comprehensive IT system diagnosis regardless of servers and databases differing by IT product manufacturer, and that it is free of charge. In addition, it was stated that it is equipped with an intelligent diagnostic analysis engine that continuously updates IT system diagnostic items, allowing for the rapid identification of vulnerabilities and areas for improvement within 30 minutes.

They added that they expect many companies that were unable to receive IT system diagnoses due to cost burdens to utilize the Lookin service to assess the operational level of their IT systems and find it convenient to use.

Lookin Service announced that it prioritizes the diagnosis of configuration vulnerabilities in IT infrastructure, such as servers and databases, and will additionally provide security and application diagnostics during the first half of this year.
