Autodesk announced the appointment of Ki-Young Choi as the new CEO of Autodesk Korea.

New CEO Ki-Young Choi will lead efforts to solidify Autodesk's leading position in the 3D design software market while further expanding the supply of a wide range of solutions across various industries. In addition, he will be responsible for managing domestic sales channels and partners.

Prior to joining Autodesk, Ki-Young Choi, CEO of Autodesk Korea, is a software industry expert who spent 18 years at Microsoft, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) responsible for domestic business operations. In addition, CEO Choi is an IT industry veteran who has worked at Oracle Korea and HP Korea.

New CEO Choi Ki-young added, “Autodesk is currently at a critical turning point in its business, with a membership-based business model and the adoption of cloud technology. Based on the experience I have accumulated in the IT industry, I intend to not only further revitalize Autodesk’s domestic business but also contribute to the development of the industry through close cooperation with customers and partners.”
