Samsung Electronics has maintained its top spot in the UHD monitor market for four consecutive quarters since taking the top spot in the second quarter of last year.

Samsung Electronics is selling a total of five UHD monitors in the US market, including the UE590 (24/28 inches), UE850 (28/32 inches), and UD970 (32 inches).

Among these, the UE590 monitor has been selling more than 2,000 units every week since its launch in the second half of 2015, and in particular, it achieved the performance of selling about 10,000 units during Black Friday last year and 2,500 units in 10 hours during Amazon Prime Day deals.

Samsung Electronics UHD monitors not only provide a seamless screen when playing high-definition videos by applying AMD FreeSync to all models, but also support Flicker Free, which minimizes screen flickering, and Eye Saver Mode, which reduces blue light, to reduce eye fatigue.

It provides various interfaces such as HDMI and DP, and supports height adjustment (HAS), screen up/down angle adjustment (Tilt), monitor left/right rotation (Swivel), and screen landscape/portrait conversion (Pivot) to enhance work convenience.

Samsung Electronics will be releasing two 2017 UHD monitors (UH750/850) with significantly improved designs and quantum dot color starting in the second half of this year.
