Samsung Electronics will launch a new concept Windows tablet, the 'Galaxy Book,' in Korea on the 18th.

The 'Galaxy Book' is equipped with the 'Windows 10' OS and the 'S Pen,' combining PC usability with the convenience of a tablet. With an i7 Intel Core processor and Windows 10, business software such as MS Office and Photoshop can be used at the same level as in a PC environment.

The 'S Pen,' first introduced in the Galaxy Note series, is included as standard, allowing for delicate and precise expression on the touchscreen with 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and a thin 0.7mm pen tip. The 'Air Command' function, activated by holding the S Pen close to the touchscreen and pressing the button on the side of the S Pen, allows users to create new notes to write or draw at any time while using the device. It also enables features such as Smart Select, which allows users to select and save specific areas, and Capture and Write, which allows users to capture the current screen and write directly on it.

When you attach a keyboard cover to the Galaxy Book, you can type on a full-size keyboard with wide key spacing, just like a laptop, or control the mouse cursor with a touchpad.
