ASUS Launches Monitor Optimized for Gaming

ASUS has announced the launch of the VG245H gaming console monitor.
The VG245H, introduced this time, is a 24-inch high-resolution Full HD product optimized for gaming consoles that resolves issues such as ghosting and lag caused by slow response times, limitations of TV display panels, and poor compatibility with consoles.
In addition, it boasts perfect compatibility with various devices through support for two HDMI ports. You can enjoy a wide range of content, including console games such as PS4 and XBOX One, gaming PCs, Blu-ray players, and set-top boxes.
It can be connected to a gaming PC via HDMI and used as a gaming monitor. AMD’s FreeSync technology synchronizes the graphics card and monitor refresh rates to eliminate screen tearing, stuttering, and lag, providing fast and smooth gameplay.
As befits a monitor specialized for gaming, you can change the screen settings according to the gaming environment. It is equipped with Game Visual features that allow you to set preset modes based on game genres, as well as Game Plus features tailored to gamer convenience, such as a crosshair, timer, FPS counter, and display alignment necessary for FPS and MMORPG genres.
In addition, it is equipped with a stand that supports not only height adjustment but also swivel, tilt, and pivot movements, allowing gamers to enjoy gaming for long periods in the position they find most comfortable. Gaming convenience has been enhanced by minimizing light reflection through non-glare panels.
"If it was previously difficult to enjoy games because there were no monitors for game console users, the VG245H gaming console monitor will be the solution," said Jung Sang-yoon, manager at ASUS Korea. "We analyzed gaming consoles currently on sale, removed unnecessary features, and included only features specialized for a gaming monitor."

ASUS launches graphics card service at ASUS Royal Club
ASUS announced that starting on the 24th, it will provide graphics card service through ASUS Royal Club to enhance customer convenience. ASUS Royal Club, which will handle after-sales support for ASUS graphics card service starting May 24th, has been established with a focus on convenience for domestic customers through a new partner company. Through this service, ASUS graphics card customers can receive all ASUS graphics card-related services through ASUS Royal Club without needing to visit the importer (Intech&Company, Coit) service centers. Existing products from importers ST Computer, EMTEK INC, and Entekwise will continue to receive service from their respective importers. With the implementation of this service, it is expected that customer confusion will be reduced, consistent after-sales service will be provided, consumer convenience will be improved, and service quality will be enhanced, along with increased consumer trust and resolution of inconveniences. When defects in performance or functionality occur while using an ASUS graphics card, the importer will be confirmed through serial number inquiry, and if the product is confirmed to be from Intech&Company or Coit, service will be received through ASUS Royal Club. When using courier service, service registration is available through the call center. Lee Jong-won, Manager of ASUS Korea, stated, "The launch of the ASUS Graphics Card Royal Club service actively reflects customer feedback regarding the inconvenience of customers who are unsure how to proceed when component product issues occur and must visit existing importer service centers," and added, "We hope to provide better service to customers through ASUS Royal Club in the future."
