Display your collection photos or images on the screen in 'Art Mode'

Following QLED TV, Samsung Electronics has launched 'The Frame', the quintessential lifestyle TV, in the Korean market.

The Frame features an "Art Mode" that displays artwork like paintings and photographs even when turned off, and a "Frame Design" that blends seamlessly into any space. Beyond simply providing video viewing functionality, The Frame transforms everyday spaces into a gallery, winning the Best Innovation Award at CES 2017.

The Frame's "Art Mode" displays not only the artwork built into the device, but also personal photos and images. Users can also purchase additional content. In addition to the default artwork, users can choose to utilize their own photos and other image files, tailored to their personal preferences. They can also access the "Art Store" via the TV screen or mobile app to purchase additional content.

Additionally, in 'Art Mode', the brightness and color are adjusted according to the surrounding environment through the light sensor to provide an experience similar to a real painting, and the motion sensor automatically turns off the TV when there is no one around to prevent unnecessary power consumption.

'The Frame' demonstrates innovation in its design itself. The main body is available in charcoal black, but consumers can choose the 'frame' in a color that best matches the installation space among three options: walnut, beige wood, and white, depending on their preference.
