Cisco Jasper Announces IoT Service Platform with High Flexibility
Published2017.07.26 15:47Cisco has announced the latest version of its Internet of Things (IoT) service platform, Cisco Jasper 'Control Center 7.0'.
The new Control Center 7.0 product is a new multi-tiered IoT platform with various options that meets enterprise needs and supports high business flexibility. It is also provided in combination with new premium services that strengthen IoT monetization, security, and more.
Through Control Center 7.0, Cisco Jasper provides customers and service provider partners with the flexibility to select and customize appropriate capabilities and services in an innovative approach to IoT solutions. As their IoT business expands, it presents an easy path for growth.
Sung Il-yong, Vice President of Cisco Korea, stated, "Cisco introduced an IoT connectivity management platform 10 years ago. The Cisco IoT platform has grown into the world's largest IoT platform, with 1.5 million new devices added each month and currently managing approximately 43 million devices," and added, "Through this customer management experience, Cisco has learned that many customers have different requirements at each stage of IoT services. Therefore, the Cisco IoT platform will provide flexible service models and premium services that can satisfy diverse customer requirements at each service stage."
Through Control Center 7.0, Cisco Jasper provides a single integrated solution that meets the needs of both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) experts. In the past, Control Center, which automates and manages device connectivity across cellular networks globally, was a single offering.
Cisco Control Center 7.0 is compatible with Cisco's comprehensive IoT operations platform that integrates connectivity management, data delivery, and fog computing for end-to-end solutions.
Control Center 7.0 complements 'Cisco DNA,' which provides security, analytics, and automation, enabling next-generation networks that make new IoT, cloud, and mobile experiences possible. This allows all customers to manage IoT from the edge to the cloud.

H.Energy has obtained green technology certification from the Small and Medium Business Administration for solar power generation forecasting and I-V curve anomaly diagnosis technology.
