Dell has launched a large number of monitors optimized for entertainment and business environments. The new products include two 'Alienware' monitors for gamers and four 'UltraSharp' monitors for professionals.
The 25-inch gaming monitors 'AW2518H' and 'AW2518HF' offer a native refresh rate of up to 240Hz, which is four times better than a 60Hz monitor, along with a fast response time of 1ms (millisecond, 1/1000th of a second), allowing for seamless and fast gameplay.

The AW2518H supports NVIDIA's 'G-Sync' and the AW518HF supports AMD's 'FreeSync' technology, respectively, suppressing screen tearing caused by a mismatch between the frames output by the graphics card and the monitor's refresh rate. This allows you to enjoy crisp, distortion-free graphics even in games that require rapid screen transitions or precise movements, such as FPS games.

In addition, it provides On-Screen Display (OSD) optimization features, including customizable preset game modes, a timer, and an FPS counter (real-time refresh rate display). The AW2518H supports 'AlienFX Lighting,' a customizable RGB lighting system, allowing for highly immersive gameplay with lighting effects directly linked to the game. Both models allow for free left-right rotation, tilt, and height adjustment, as well as 90-degree rotation. They also support connectivity with various peripherals via DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 1.4, audio output, headphone output, and USB 3.0.
The four new UltraSharp monitors are ultra-high-resolution professional monitors that achieve a color reproduction rate of over 99% sRGB based on Dell's outstanding display technology.
They range from 25 inches to 38 inches, and all four models feature Dell's 'InfinityEdge' ultra-thin bezels.

The UltraSharp 38-inch curved monitor 'U3818DW' features a 3840x1600 ultra-wide resolution and a wide 21:9 aspect ratio screen, allowing you to view a lot of information at a glance without scrolling. The 'wrap-around' design, which makes it feel like you are at the same distance regardless of your viewing position on the monitor screen, reduces eye strain.

In addition, it features SoftKVM technology that allows controlling two PCs with a single keyboard and mouse, and supports next-generation USB Type-C ports, enabling the simultaneous transmission of power, audio, and video signals via a single cable. If using a laptop that supports USB Type-C Power Delivery, the laptop can also be charged by connecting it to the monitor without a separate power adapter.

A large number of monitors incorporating HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology, a next-generation video technology that naturally expresses even fine contrasts, are also being unveiled. The 'U2518D', a 25-inch QHD (Quad HD) monitor featuring the world's first InfinityEdge and Dell HDR technology, and the 'U2718Q', the world's first 27-inch 4K UHD monitor, express even intricate details close to reality with high pixel densities of 2560x1440 and 3840x2160, respectively.

Dell's first 27-inch 4K HDR monitor, the 'UP2718Q', is further enhanced with 'Dell PremierColor' technology, which provides rich color reproduction and accuracy. It boasts a wide and vivid color spectrum that meets various industry standards, including color-sensitive media and entertainment, as well as professional scientific and medical fields, by fully supporting Adobe RGB and sRGB, the standard color spaces for graphic work, and the broadcast standard Rec. 709.

All of the new UltraSharp series offer a wide viewing angle of 178°-178° and reduce eye strain with ComfortView, which protects the eyes from harmful blue light, and anti-reflective and anti-flicker screens.
