Intel Authorized Dealers Launch Kaby Lake Promotion for Summer Vacation

Intel authorized distributors PC Direct, Coit, and Intek & Company announced that they are conducting a summer vacation season promotion for the 7th generation Intel Core processors, 'Kaby Lake'.
The 7th generation Intel Core processors feature: ▶ improved 14nm manufacturing process; ▶ Intel Turbo Boost technology to instantly increase processor operating speed; ▶ Intel Speed Shift technology to enhance instantaneous response speed; ▶ Intel Ready Mode technology to minimize power consumption when in sleep mode; ▶ Intel Optane technology to improve storage efficiency; and ▶ support based on Intel 200 series chipsets.
The 7th Generation Intel Core processors have established themselves as best-selling models in the market, led by the Intel Core i7-7700 and Intel Core i7-7700K. Differing in clock speeds and official overclocking support, the two models target high-performance users and overclockers, respectively. Both models feature specifications of 4 cores, 8 threads, and 8MB of cache memory by default, and are equipped with the capability to support VR solutions through integrated Intel HD Graphics 630.
Users who purchase the 7th Gen Intel Core processors, which possess such powerful features, can participate in promotions offered by three Intel authorized dealers until August 30. This promotion consisted of two events.
First, the first event is for customers who purchase a custom-built desktop PC equipped with a 7th generation Intel Core processor. If you apply by attaching a receipt showing the parts list, you can win an ice cream voucher (5 winners) through a draw.
The second event is for users who read the article posted on the event page and widely share the article link or their personal thoughts on social network services, online communities, blogs, etc. Paris Baguette vouchers will be provided to 50 winners selected through a lottery.

Databricks Unveils Open AI Security Monitoring 'Lakewatch'
Databricks entered the security market on March 24 by unveiling LakeWatch, an open-source agentic SIEM. The core functionality of this product is to integrate and analyze security, IT, and business data in a single environment to support AI-based threat detection and investigation. The company explained that it reduces the limitations of existing security operations centers, which have had to forgo some data due to high cost structures, and enables large-scale data analysis and automation based on open formats and ecosystems. LakeWatch is currently offered as a private preview, with Adobe and Dropbox mentioned as early customers.
