Intel NUC, Intel Optane Memory, Seagate 1TB HDD: 3-piece set

PCDirect announced that to celebrate its 20th anniversary, it will hold the 'PCDirect 20th Anniversary Special Price Promotion,' selling a package consisting of three configurations: 'Intel NUC + Intel Optane Memory + Seagate 1TB HDD.'

Among the global IT products distributed by PC Direct, the 'Intel NUC,' which is well-received for its marketability in the mini PC market, enhances user convenience with its compact yet solid configuration, while also possessing reliability as the Intel brand, the maker of CPUs. In this promotion, products equipped with 7th generation Intel Core i3, i5, and i7 processors are sold as event models.

Intel Optane memory is an HDD caching memory that is installed in an M.2 slot to enable large-capacity HDD read speeds to rival those of ultra-high-speed SSDs. It takes on the role of caching for HDDs, which are relatively slower than flash memory-based SSDs, thereby delivering high performance in read capabilities that are distinct from when it is not present.

A Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD is included in the package as a catalyst that highlights the value of the Intel NUC and Optane memory. It allows for the use of large capacity at an affordable price, while providing a capacity comparable to the price of an entire system at the price of an SSD.

A set of three items, including an Intel NUC, Intel Optane memory, and a Seagate Barracuda 1TB 2.5-inch HDD, is sold starting from 495,000 won. As a limited-edition model available on a first-come, first-served basis, the event will end once stock runs out.
