Lenovo Korea announced the launch of the high-performance ultra-slim notebook 'IdeaPad 320S-13IKB' on the 18th. The IdeaPad 320S-13IKB features a slim design of 16.9mm and is equipped with Intel's latest 8th generation Core processor and high-spec GeForce graphics card, combining both portability and powerful performance. The IdeaPad 320S-13IKB is the first IdeaPad product to feature Intel's 8th generation Core processor, enabling improved work efficiency with speeds up to 40% faster compared to the existing Intel 7th generation Core processor. Additionally, equipped with NVIDIA GeForce MX150 graphics card, it delivers 4 times faster performance than integrated graphics, and achieves up to 33% higher 3D performance compared to the existing GeForce 940MX. ASUS Hosts 'Join The ROG' Gaming Party with Intel
ASUS will hold a ROG Gaming Party on the 30th featuring all three popular Blizzard games. The ROG Gaming Party, running from 1 PM to 8:30 PM at Danawa DPG Zone located in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, offers a diverse experience with three games: Overwatch, StarCraft Remastered, and Hearthstone. The Overwatch tournament accepts teams of six or more amateur players on a first-come, first-served basis, with up to 10 teams participating. Databricks Unveils Open AI Security Monitoring 'Lakewatch'
Databricks entered the security market on March 24 by unveiling LakeWatch, an open-source agentic SIEM. The core functionality of this product is to integrate and analyze security, IT, and business data in a single environment to support AI-based threat detection and investigation. The company explained that it reduces the limitations of existing security operations centers, which have had to forgo some data due to high cost structures, and enables large-scale data analysis and automation based on open formats and ecosystems. LakeWatch is currently offered as a private preview, with Adobe and Dropbox mentioned as early customers. Databricks also announced an expanded partnership with Anthropic as well as the acquisition of Antimatter and SiftD.ai.
