Uniquest to Supply 2.4GHz ULP Wireless Connectivity Solutions to Domestic Companies

Nordic Semiconductor announced that it has signed a new dealership agreement with Uniqeust, a domestic electronic component distributor and technical support service provider.

Through this contract , Uniquest will supply Nordic’s Bluetooth Low Energy, ANT+, IEEE 802.15.4, and proprietary 2.4GHz ULP (Ultra Low Power) wireless connectivity solutions to domestic companies.

Uniquest provides not only complete purchasing services for electronic components and related products, but also RF hardware and firmware design services and technical support. The company plans to supply all of Nordic’s ULP wireless connectivity hardware, firmware, development tools, and reference designs, including the nRF52840 SoC, an advanced multi-protocol device recently released by Nordic that supports Bluetooth 5, ANT, IEEE 802.15.4, and proprietary 2.4GHz wireless technology, and the nRF52810 SoC, an entry-level high-performance Bluetooth 5 multi-protocol device.

Uniquest focuses on five specialized market sectors: mobile devices, smart homes, networking infrastructure, automotive, and industrial. Its subsidiary, Dreamtech, designs and produces sensors and modules for smartphones, biometrics, and automotive applications.
