The recent ITU-T SG13 RGM meeting was held in Geneva, Switzerland , from July 3 to July 14, 2017. In particular, the international standard for a service framework that enables the establishment of a self-directed learning environment by defining information related to educational content , educational data, and key procedures as Virtual Objects (VOs) and Virtual Object Groups (CVOs) in a web environment paves the way for pioneering new educational markets in the field of u- learning.
