Bycor Unveils High-Silicon-Density Buck Regulator
Published2018.01.17 11:08Bycor has launched a 20A, 24V CoolPower ZVS Buck Regulator (Model: PI3325-00-LGIZ).
Featuring the highest current output value in the ZVS buck series suitable for 24V/28V applications, this product provides up to 20A at a regulated voltage of 5V.
Housed in a 10 x 14 x 12.5mm LGA SiP package, it meets the performance requirements of a growing range of applications at high power density. Pin-to-pin compatible with the PI3525-00-LGIZ 48V input ZVS buck regulator, it also enables rapid design migration from 24VIN to 48VIN.
This buck regulator requires only a few small components and a single output inductor, enabling a compact, cost-effective design that operates on PCBs measuring less than 740 mm2. Operating in parallel for even higher currents, this device represents the high-current model in the current and upcoming 24V ZVS buck series portfolio.
Bycor's CoolPower ZVS regulator delivers more power at higher operating temperatures than competing products without compromising power density or efficiency.
This product's high-performance features include a zero-voltage switching topology, high silicon integration, and high-density LGA SiP packaging. This high-performance regulator's ease of use facilitates rapid prototyping.

Vicor has launched a new product line of isolated rectified DC-DC converters, DCM, a ChiP package product that generates isolated DC output voltage from various unregulated input voltages. The DCM converter, which employs high-frequency zero voltage switching (ZVS) topology, maintains consistently high efficiency across the input line range. This modular DCM converter and downstream DC-DC products not only support efficient power distribution but also provide excellent power system performance and connectivity from unregulated power sources to Point-of-Load.

바이코가 ±1% 범위의 전압 레귤레이션 소자를 선보이며 절연 정류 DC-DC 컨버터 (DCM)의 새로운 제품군을 확대했다. 최대 1,032 W/in3 의 전력 밀도를 갖춘 새로운 시리즈는 엔지니어들에게 엄격하게 규제되는 입력 전압을 필요로 하는 부하를 직접 구동할 수 있는 옵션을 제공한다. 바이코의 현재 ChiP 패키지의 DCM 제품군은 최대 ±3% 레귤레이션을 제공하고 있으며, 더 높은 전력 전달을 위해 어레이에 병렬 연결도 가능하다. ?
