The new DC/DC converter offers an operating input voltage range of up to 60 V for nominal 12 V, 24 V or 48 V systems such as remote radios, ultrasound scanners, motor drives, inverters and servo controllers. The regulator delivers up to 92% full-load efficiency at 12VIN, 5VOUT, and a 500kHz switching frequency. An ultra-low quiescent current of 15µA improves light-load efficiency.
