Samsung Electronics, 'Galaxy S9', 'Galaxy S9+' Ready for Official Launch

Samsung Electronics is conducting pre-order sales for the smartphones 'Galaxy S9' and 'Galaxy S9+' and will officially launch them in Korea on March 16.
The 'Galaxy S9' and 'Galaxy S9+' are released in a total of three colors: Lilac Purple, Midnight Black, and Coral Blue. The prices are 957,000 won for the 'Galaxy S9 (64GB)', 1,056,000 won for the 'Galaxy S9+ (64GB)', and 1,155,000 won for the 'Galaxy S9+ (256GB)' model.
Pre-orders can be made at over 4,000 mobile-specialized experience stores nationwide, including S-ZONE, as well as at stores of the three major mobile carriers, some MVNO stores, and online channels such as open markets. In addition, for the first time in the domestic Galaxy flagship product line, pre-orders are also available for the unlocked model.
Samsung Electronics plans to support pre-activation of the 'Galaxy S9' and 'Galaxy S9+' for pre-order customers from March 9 to 15, one week ahead of the official domestic launch date.
Samsung Electronics is offering wired and wireless headphones from Harman's premium audio brand AKG to customers who pre-order and purchase the 'Galaxy S9+' 256GB model.
Customers who purchase the 64GB models of the 'Galaxy S9' and 'Galaxy S9+' will receive the new 2018 'Dex Pad' model as a free gift. 'DeX Pad' is the second-generation version of 'Samsung DeX,' a docking station that allows you to use a Galaxy smartphone like a desktop, and it upgrades convenience by supporting a touch pad and touch keyboard in addition to the existing usability.
Customers who pre-order starting February 28 and apply for a free gift in advance through the 'Galaxy Promotion' application can receive the gift first after activation.
In addition, new programs are planned to enhance customer convenience by offering all customers who pre-ordered a 50% immediate discount on payment after display repair (limited to once a year, within one year from the date of the first call) and providing the opportunity to attend a large-scale overseas exhibition through a lottery.
