The 2018 TV keyword is 'OLED TV'

British IT media outlet T3 gave a favorable review in an article titled "Why You Should Choose an OLED Product as the Best TV of 2018," stating, "LG Electronics' 2018 OLED TV has achieved noise reduction and improved clarity and color through the AI picture engine 'Alpha 9,' providing much better picture quality than last year's model."
The British review publication Stuff praised the new AI features of LG OLED TVs, stating, “The 2018 LG OLED TV has taken flight with AI.” It also explained, “Compared to the 2017 model, the 2018 OLED TV delivers even sharper and more vibrant picture quality.”
Leading U.S. media outlet Tom's Guide also gave favorable reviews to the artificial intelligence features of OLED TVs. "LG OLED TVs allow for the control of most TV functions and content search via voice commands," they explained, adding, "Unlike other brands, LG OLED TVs are based on LG's proprietary platform and feature superior search capabilities that consider context in response to questions presented in natural language."
LG OLED TVs can display perfect black because each pixel emits light independently without a backlight. They deliver picture quality closest to natural colors among existing TVs. This year, LG Electronics has applied 'Alpha 9,' an AI picture engine developed specifically for OLED TVs, to showcase clean and smooth image quality free of blemishes.
The 2018 OLED TV, first unveiled at CES last January, took the "Best of TV" award, which is given to only one TV. Engadget, the official awards partner of CES, selected the LG OLED TV as the "Best of TV," praising it by stating, "This year's LG OLED TV is smarter and has an outstanding design."

LG Electronics Sets Out to Dominate HDR Monitor Market
LG Electronics is launching a wide range of HDR (High Dynamic Range) monitors this year, moving to secure its position in the HDR monitor market, which is being called next-generation image quality. HDR is a technology that realistically represents light and color that are rendered dimly during video production. It makes vivid images by displaying darker parts of the screen darker and brighter parts brighter. It excels in producing and viewing videos, games, and other content, and is emerging as a dominant technology in the high-definition monitor market. LG Electronics will launch HDR monitors in various sizes including 27-inch, 32-inch, 34-inch, and 38-inch models in Korea this year. The company plans to expand its lineup to 11 models by the end of the year, including 6 models already on sale. Last year, there was only 1 HDR monitor model. The company also plans to diversify HDR monitor types with 21:9 aspect ratios, 16:9 aspect ratios, gaming, and UHD resolution options, significantly expanding consumer choices.

LG Electronics is participating in DSE (Digital Signage Expo) 2018, a commercial display exhibition being held in Las Vegas, USA starting from the 28th (local time), to strengthen its strategy for the North American signage market. At this exhibition, LG Electronics plans to showcase various commercial display solutions leveraging advanced technology, including an ultra-slim bezel video wall with 0.6mm thickness and OLED signage boasting a thin profile of 4mm or less, while securing new partnerships.
