The Korea Electronics Manufacturing Industry Exhibition has opened, offering a comprehensive overview of the entire electronics manufacturing process from start to finish.

This exhibition, held from the 11th to the 13th at Coex Halls C and D, will be held concurrently with the International Surface Mount & Printed Circuit Board Production Equipment Exhibition, Photonics & LED Seoul, International Printed Electronics & Electronic Materials Industry Exhibition, International Functional Film Industry Exhibition, and the Korea Automotive Electronics Manufacturing Industry Exhibition.

Various products were exhibited, including Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production equipment, PCB assembly solutions, mobile manufacturing solutions, LED manufacturing equipment, optical component materials, functional films, PE material application products, robot communication technology, and measurement and control devices.


EXSO, a manufacturer of automatic soldering robots, has introduced the AutoRo-5634 automatic soldering robot. It consists of a basic automatic soldering robot, a solder feeder, a soldering iron body, and a soldering iron head unit. You can add options such as a lead fume extractor and an air compressor here.

Hanwha Precision Machinery introduced 'T-Solution,' which allows users to view and adjust the SMT process on a monitor screen. It enables the tracking of overall equipment efficiency, mounting points, and production quantities. Users can monitor production status via the screen and perform remote control if errors occur during the process.


Saki has introduced the '3Si Series,' a full 3D printer automatic inspection device that realizes absolute measurement. It enables high-precision wheel correction for every pixel based on proprietary substrate surface correction technology, and features a high-rigidity gantry structure and common operability based on hardware and software shared with 3Di.

In addition to the exhibition, this event will feature presentations on new products and equipment, including the introduction of Testing House Korea's TK-2 flying probe test equipment and ESA's embedded system test equipment, Arif's flux-free and ductless reflow systems, and Heller Korea's vacuum equipment and new process reflow oven equipment. Geotechnology will also hold a demonstration of its desktop vision dispensing robot and reproducibility testing technology for piezo valves.
