Mouser Electronics has released the third episode of "Generation Robot," a new series of Mouser's award-winning "Empowering Innovation Together™," featuring renowned engineer Grant Imahara.

In this broadcast, Imahara visits the Hennah Hotel in Nagasaki, Japan, which is world-famous for being operated mostly by robots. Almost no people work at the Hennah Hotel. Imahara examines the process by which a hotel's Chief Technology Officer continuously changes the way robots operate based on information from human-robot interactions.

The Generation Robot Series is sponsored by Mouser's major suppliers, Analog Devices, Intel®, Microchip Technology, and Molex. A social experiment on cutting-edge technology currently underway in the real-world setting of the Hennah Hotel provides a rare opportunity to examine the significance of next-generation robots in modern and future societies.

Through this program, Mouser assesses whether current society is ready to accept robots and examines various uncertain issues, such as robot adaptability under conditions of unrestricted human-robot interaction, robot problem-solving capabilities in human-like environments, and the implications of the success or failure of communication among diverse human groups.
