As the most powerful MGI sequencer to date, the MGISEQ-T7 is built with an innovative quadruple flow-cell staging system in which one to four flow cells operate simultaneously and independently during a single run. MGI's proprietary technology used in the T7 can further improve accuracy and efficiency through upgrades to the flow cells, fluid, biochemical, and optical systems. MGISEQ-T7, a supercomputer for the life science industry, raises the production capacity of sequencers to a new level with a daily data production capacity of up to 6 Tb.

A unique Quad-Flowcell platform supporting the independent operation of 1 to 4 chips
The quad-flow cell platform enables multiple flow cells with different read lengths and applications to be processed independently at any time in a single operation. This platform supports total genome sequencing, ultra-high reliability true genome sequencing, and large-panel oncogene detection.
50% increase in sequencing speed
The MGISEQ-T7 operates much faster than other sequencers to date. The PE150 is completed within 24 hours of full loading.

With a 20% increase in chip density, the MGISEQ-T7 can produce terabyte-level data on a single chip.
