Agreement to Expand Business Innovation Based on Britiworks
Combining Samsung SDS's AI technology capabilities with PwC Consulting experience
Providing integrated services for corporate digital transformation


On the 10th, Samsung SDS signed an MOU with PwC Consulting to expand its AI-based business innovation business.

Through this agreement, Samsung SDS will provide its AI-based RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solution 'Brity Works' and AI technologies such as chatbots and text analysis, and PwC Consulting will perform integrated consulting for corporate business innovation.

BrityWorks, developed in-house by Samsung SDS, is an AI-based conversational business automation solution that automates repetitive tasks to reduce error rates, cut costs, and increase work productivity.

About 30 companies, including Samsung Electronics, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Suhyup Bank, and E-Land, have already adopted Brityworks to automate tasks such as material status analysis, customer service, and sales management.

83% of all Samsung SDS employees are participating in business innovation through Brityworks, and 550,000 hours were saved over nine months by automating more than 17,800 internal tasks.
