Infineon Launches 600V CoolMOS PFD7 MOSFET Family Suitable for High Power Density Designs

Infineon Technologies announced on the 17th that it is launching the 600V CoolMOS PFD7 high-voltage MOSFET family.

The PFD7 family is suitable for designs requiring extremely high power density, such as chargers, adapters, low-power drives, and special lighting applications.
Furthermore, it meets the requirements for miniaturization and lightweighting of mobile devices as well as the energy-saving demands of major home appliances. In particular, it is optimized to achieve high efficiency under light load conditions and satisfies EMI requirements.
It has excellent rectification robustness by incorporating a high-speed body diode and provides ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection up to 2kV using a Zener diode.
It provides a wide range of RDS(on) values from 125mΩ to 2000mΩ, and offers various package options to easily select a device suitable for the desired design.
The CoolMOS PFD7 product family has now started supply.

ST, 지능형 산업설비용 동기식 DC/DC 컨버터 출시
ST는 고집적 동기식 38V/3A DC/DC 컨버터 L6983을 출시했다. 이 제품은 든 부하에서 최대 95%의 고효율을 유지하고, 온칩 동기식 MOSFET을 통합해 외부 부품 수를 줄이면서 설계를 간소화한다. 또한, 대기전류 소모가 17μA에 불과하다. 낮은 전류소모(L6983C)와 저잡음(L6983N) 특징을 갖춘 변형 제품도 공급된다.

ROHM Unveils 4-channel Linear LED Driver Targeting Asia
