Operating temperature range extended to –55–120°C

Vicor announced on the 30th that it has launched a new ZVS buck regulator.
The PI3323 and PI3325 ZVS buck regulators have an extended operating temperature range of –55 to 120°C and can be applied to Mil COTS in a tin-lead (Sn-Pb) 10×14mm SiP BGA package (optional).

The input voltage range of the two high-density and high-efficiency buck regulators is 14 to 42 V, and the nominal output supports 3.3 V for the PI3323 and 5 V for the PI3325, which can be adjusted in the ranges of 2.2 to 4 V and 4 to 6.5 V, respectively.

The new device provides continuous operation of up to 22A and a maximum efficiency of 96%, and can supply higher power by facilitating parallel connection.
