On the 2nd, Infineon Technologies released the EiceDRIVER '2ED24427N01F' 24V dual-channel low-side non-inverting gate driver with integrated thermal pad.

The new gate driver is suitable for applications operating at high switching frequencies, such as power factor correction (PFC) and synchronous rectification, as well as for transformer or buffer drivers for parallel MOSFET applications and high-current IGBT modules.

The 2ED24427N01F provides a symmetric output stage with 10A source and sink current drive, low voltage lockout (UVLO) protection, and logic level enable control. Additionally, a propagation delay of 55ns and source and sink on-resistances of up to 450mΩ per channel enable high switching frequencies and reduce switching losses of power transistors.

The integrated thermal pad provides very low thermal resistance, enabling the product to operate stably at low temperatures under high current conditions or high switching frequencies, and operates within an industrial temperature range (150℃).
