Keysight Launches 'SBE' Integrated Instrumentation to Support Distance Learning

Keysight Technologies announced on the 17th the launch of "Smart Bench Essentials (SBE)," consisting of a triple-output power supply, an arbitrary function generator, a digital multimeter, and an oscilloscope. The new equipment adopts the same graphical user interface (GUI) and connectivity method, providing integrated data management and analysis capabilities.
The SBE features a compact stack design and supports remote operation. Users can quickly configure equipment using PathWave BenchVue software and conduct tests on a PC screen. BenchVue stores data on the PC and exports it to a readable standard format for post-processing analysis and report generation.
Additionally, PathWave Remote Access Lab and PathWave Lab Manager software are included as options. Remote Access Lab offers online learning. Students can remotely operate the lab's SBEs and perform testing tasks from home via the web. Lab managers support the effective management of laboratory assets, including equipment.
The new equipment comes standard with KeysightCare technical support. Users receive answers to technical inquiries within two business days. Additionally, the online knowledge center is always available, allowing support case tracking.
