Infineon Technologies' Traveo II 32-bit automotive MCU features a single Arm® Cortex®-M4F and dual Arm Cortex-M7F processors, delivering 1500 DMIPS performance. It also features 4MB of flash and 512KB of SRAM memory, and an 8-channel CAN FD interface. This scalability and compatibility allows automakers to address diverse vehicle model requirements while minimizing engineering resources.

Among the automotive motor control solutions available from Infineon through Mouser are the 'TLE92108-x' multi-MOSFET driver ICs , which control up to eight half-bridges (16 N-channel MOSFETs) and integrate numerous diagnostic and safety features for long-term operation.

Maxim Integrated's MAX25530 four-channel automotive backlight driver is optimized for integration into automotive dashboards, central information units, and navigation systems.
