Samsung Electronics organized an event to explore investment attraction and business opportunities for startups and young entrepreneurs.

On the 10th, Samsung Electronics held the 'C-Lab Startup Demo Day' at the Samsung Electronics Seoul R&D Campus in Seocho-gu, Seoul, to announce the achievements of C-Lab startup incubation and to provide new business opportunities to startups.

At the 'C-Lab Startup Demo Day,' held under the theme 'Startups' Growth Point, Meet C-Lab,' a total of 21 startups participated and shared their growth stories, including 18 startups directly nurtured by Samsung Electronics over the past year, 2 outstanding startups jointly nurtured by Samsung Electronics and the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center, and startups that spun off from Samsung Electronics' in-house ventures.

Twenty-one startups developing recently trending future technologies and services, such as dementia diagnosis, AI, metaverse, cultured meat, optical communication, and electric vehicles, participated in the Demo Day.

Among these, △'Sylvia Health,' a non-face-to-face cognitive health management platform company based on AI technology; △'Select Star,' which has overcome the limitations of the AI development process through crowdsourcing and reward systems; △'Double Me,' a metaverse startup attracting attention with its hologram technology-based mixed reality platform; △'Seaweed,' which is striving to solve environmental and food issues through the development of seaweed-based cultured meat; and △independent Ten startups, including 'Resingers', which is accelerating the era of optical communication networks with optical signal connection technology, presented their achievements over the past year at the event.
