SK Hynix Vice Chairman Park Jeong-ho emphasized the role of talent over the coming turbulent decade through his New Year's address and announced plans to create a company with no retirement age for outstanding technical talent.

Park Jeong-ho, Representative Director and Vice Chairman of SK Hynix, delivered his New Year's address on the 3rd.

In his New Year's address, Vice Chairman Park stated that the business environment over the next 10 years will be far different from the past beyond imagination, and that to maintain continuous competitive advantage, business models and technological development directions must be transformed.

He also stated that the start of preparing for the new decade is a "global mindset," and that a first-place mindset is necessary to pioneer new paths.
