This RF module is part of the Infineon AIROC Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) portfolio, is fully certified and programmable, and provides excellent long-range Bluetooth LE wireless connectivity while minimizing device space, external components, and costs.

The Infineon AIROC CYW20835 module provided by Mouser Electronics features a highly integrated 96MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 processor equipped with a floating-point unit, multiple serial interfaces, etc., centered around the AIROC CYW20835 system-on-chip (SoC).

Each module includes 512KB of on-module serial flash memory, up to 24 general-purpose input/output (GPIO) pins, and a 24MHz crystal oscillator, along with the corresponding SoC.

Such Bluetooth 5.0 certified modules provide a maximum transmit power of +12dBm and a receive sensitivity of -94.5dBm for Bluetooth LE in compliance with FCC, ISED, MIC, and CE regulations.

The AIROC CYW20835 module is used in home automation, sensors (medical, security, and industrial), lighting, and objects. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including Internet of Things (IoT) design.
