Intel has showcased overwhelming performance in the high-performance CPU market by introducing the 13th Generation Core processor family, which features the highest speeds currently available and significant advancements in gaming performance and workflow performance for creators.

Intel held a new product launch event at the Federation of Korean Industries building on the 5th and unveiled the 13th generation Intel Core desktop processors.

The i9-13900K processor unveiled on this day features 24 cores (8 Performance-cores and 16 Efficient-cores) and 32 threads, running at a maximum speed of 5.8GHz, the highest speed currently available.

It provides up to 15% single-thread and 41% multi-thread performance improvements compared to the previous generation.

In addition, Efficient Core performance has been further expanded to bring high-performance hybrid architecture to more gamers and creators.

Gaming performance has improved by 24% compared to the previous generation, and the creator workflow has improved by 34% compared to the previous generation.

The chipset uses the Z790 chipset, supporting up to 20 PCIe slots and USB 3.2 Improved the connection.

Designed for platform flexibility, it can operate on 600 series motherboards and also supports DDR4.

In addition, it is expected to achieve the best overclocking performance, allowing extreme overclockers to reach clock speeds of over 8GHz, and provides professional overclocking tools to help everyone from experts to beginners overclock.

The market launch is scheduled for October 20.
