Vicor, a leader in innovative high-performance power modular components, looked toward electric aircraft and explored new ideas for electronic power technology in aircraft.


Vicor announced on the 20th that it held a discussion on new technologies that are changing the world in episode 3 of its podcast, Powering Innovation.

This episode covered the development, current challenges, and strengths of electric and hybrid electric aircraft.

In the third episode of Powering Innovation, Vicor's Robert Gendron spoke with Ampaire's Chief Technology Officer Ed Lovelace on various topics regarding electric aircraft, ranging from short-distance cargo flights to supersonic transport technology.
