Dell Technologies is expanding its partner ecosystem to simplify Zero Trust implementations.

Dell announced on the 25th that it will develop integrated solutions encompassing infrastructure platforms, applications, clouds, and services together with approximately 30 technology and security companies.

Zero Trust is a cybersecurity framework that automates an organization's security architecture and systematizes responses to system attacks. The U.S. Department of Defense has proposed seven guidelines for Zero Trust, making it difficult for a single vendor to fully meet them.

To this end, Dell plans to establish a Zero Trust Center of Excellence with ecosystem partners and Maryland-based security research institute MISI and lead the advancement of private cloud solutions focused on customer-centric security integration and orchestration based on best-in-class, cutting-edge technologies. This approach enables enterprises and organizations to build the technologies needed to implement a zero-trust architecture.

Companies partnering with Dell to integrate the Zero Trust ecosystem include Corsha, Gigamon, Intel, Juniper Networks, MISI Labs, Nomad GCS, NVIDIA, Palo Alto Networks, and VMware. Dell collaborates with leading vendors to help organizations combat cybercrime and comply with regulations, leveraging a DoD-approved architecture.

The architecture of the Dell ecosystem, which is designed to meet the zero trust requirements of the seven guidelines proposed by the US Department of Defense, provides functions such as △continuous authentication △connectivity, device detection and compliance △continuous monitoring and continuous authorization △data encryption and rights management △software-defined networking △policy decision point and policy orchestration △threat intelligence, etc.
