Intel unveiled new high-performance computing products spanning laptops, desktops, and edge devices at CES 2024.

Intel has completed its full lineup of Intel® Core™ 14th Gen laptop and desktop processors at CES 2024, announcing powerful new HX series laptop processors and mainstream 65-watt and 35-watt desktop processors.

In addition, Intel unveiled new Intel Core Series 1 laptop processors, led by the Intel Core 7 Processor 150U, aimed at thin and light mainstream laptops.

The new 14th Gen Intel Core HX series laptop processors are designed for gamers, developers, and professionals who value high-performance computing and laptop portability. Led by the Intel Core i9-14980HX processor with 8 Performance-cores and 16 Efficient-cores, the new HX series delivers best-in-class connectivity and incredible single- and multi-threaded performance. Furthermore, the HX series delivers even better development performance thanks to a 50% increase in E-cores over the Intel Core i7-14700HX processor.

With more than 60 Intel Core 14th Gen HX-based partner systems expected to launch in 2024, laptop enthusiasts will be able to game, create, and work better than ever before.

Raptor, codenamed Raptor Lake Refresh, joins the Intel Core 14th generation laptop processor family.

Roger Chandler, corporate vice president and general manager of the Client Computing Group for Intel's PC and Workstation Business, will present how the new HX series combines best-in-class connectivity with exceptional single- and multi-threaded performance.

At the top of the line is the Intel Core i9-14900HX with 24 cores and 32 threads, with a maximum Turbo frequency of 5.8GHz. Additionally, the HX series boasts 50% more E-cores in the Intel Core i7-14700HX processor, delivering improved creator performance.

As Intel expands its Intel Core 14th Gen desktop stack, mainstream PC users and enterprise customers across industries can now experience the performance of Intel's latest generation of desktop processors in new ways.

Thanks to 18 new processors across the stack, users can game, create, and work at the level they need to do their everyday work, all powered by Intel's 14th-generation platform capabilities.

The full lineup of Intel Core 14th Gen desktop processors will be available for purchase online and in-store starting on the 9th, allowing PC users to find the processor that best suits their needs at a variety of price points.

This processor supports powerful AI and compute-intensive workloads at the edge, thanks to its increased core count in LGA socket packaging.
