Expansion of EMC Standard Application for Wired Electric Vehicle Chargers
The National Radio Research Agency announced an administrative notice on December 30th regarding a partial revision of the "Electromagnetic Compatibility Standards." According to the notice, the agency will revise portions of the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards to achieve harmonization with international standards for wired charging equipment electromagnetic compatibility criteria for electric vehicles.

The most ever appointments to the International Telecommunication Union Radiocommunication Sector Chairpersons
The National Radio Research Agency under the Ministry of Science and ICT announced on the 24th that it has achieved the highest number of leadership positions in ITU-R history, as Jung Yong-jun, head of the Korea Information and Communications Technology Association, was elected as Vice-Chair at the International Telecommunication Union Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R) Study Group 1 (SG1) international conference on radio management held in Geneva, Switzerland on the 20th.
