Dell Technologies has launched the 'Dell Pro Essential', an entry-level business PC lineup targeting the small and medium-sized business (SMB) market, in Korea, expanding its SMB business.

This new product consists of two laptops and two desktops, and is characterized by its comprehensive performance, security, and management efficiency.

The 'Dell Pro 14 Essential' and 'Dell Pro 15 Essential' are laptops optimized for SMB environments that prioritize mobility and durability.

The 14-inch model features up to an Intel Core i7 CPU and Intel Iris Xe graphics, a 2K resolution IPS display, and 12 hours of battery life.

The 15-inch model is based on an Intel or AMD processor, has FHD resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a full-size keyboard with a numeric keypad.

Both products support various security features such as TPM 2.0 security module, fingerprint reader, privacy shutter, and wedge-shaped lock slot, and they boast durability against external shocks by passing the MIL-STD-810H military standard. It has been on sale in Korea since early September.

'Dell Pro Slim Essential (QVS1260)' and 'Dell Pro Tower Essential (QVT1260)' are desktop products that provide stable performance and flexible expandability.

It is equipped with up to an Intel Core Ultra 5 processor and 16GB of DDR5 memory, and you can choose between Windows 11 and Ubuntu (support scheduled for the end of November) OS.

The tool-less design allows for easy component replacement, and features up to 1TB SSD expansion, three PCIe slots, eight USB ports, an SD card slot, and support for up to six monitors. Both products began selling domestically in mid-October.

The Dell Pro Essentials line reduces the workload of IT administrators with support for Microsoft Intune and Autopilot via the Dell Management Portal. Furthermore, its eco-friendly design, utilizing recycled materials, has earned EPEAT Silver, Climate+, and Energy Star certifications.
