Nota (CEO Chae Myeong-su), a company specializing in AI lightweighting and optimization, and Furiosa AI (CEO Baek Jun-ho), an AI semiconductor company, have joined hands to begin full-scale cooperation on NPU-based artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

Nota announced on the 1st that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Ryuriosa AI and will move forward with building a high-efficiency, high-performance AI verification model and expanding into the global market.

NPU (Neural Processing Unit) is a semiconductor specialized for AI operations, and its key competitive advantages are power efficiency and high-speed inference performance.

This performance is essential for reliably implementing complex and advanced AI workloads.

This agreement is significant in that it marks a strategic collaboration between AI semiconductor and AI-optimized software companies to achieve this goal using domestic technology.

The two companies will jointly pursue projects such as: △development and commercialization of AI solutions; △expanding technology partnerships; and △verifying technology and business feasibility.

Nota's AI optimization technology enables FuriosaAI's NPU to quickly run large-scale AI models even with limited power.

Furiosa AI is maximizing its NPU performance to build a proof-of-concept model applicable to various industries and expanding into domestic and international markets. />
In particular, we plan to jointly develop high-performance AI verification models applicable to next-generation industrial fields such as robotics and mobility, thereby accelerating our entry into the global market.
