Apex.AI announced that HL Klemove has selected Apex.AI as a strategic middleware software partner for the development of next-generation Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) controllers. The two companies will collaborate with the goal of mass production deployment.

This collaboration supports HL Clemuv's recently awarded production program for Highway Assistance and Parking Assistance applications. The program will be implemented and expanded in phases over the next several years.

According to the plan, Apex AI will provide a middleware platform that has obtained safety certification and support integration and deployment.

This will support the implementation of scalable and production-ready ADAS systems that meet OEM requirements.

HL Clemuv has entered into this partnership to jointly accelerate the ADAS roadmap and establish a stable software foundation for mass production of next-generation controllers.

Jan Becker, CEO of Apex AI, explained that this collaboration reflects the two companies' shared direction to apply safety-certified, production-quality software to real-world ADAS programs.

Kim Du-gyeom, head of HL Clemuv's R&D Platform Center, said that Apex AI's mass-production-grade middleware capabilities and focus on safety certification software were the reasons for selecting them as a partner.

He added that the platform aligns with HL Clemence's next-generation ADAS architecture and is aligned with future expansion plans for various vehicle programs.
