A large-scale security conference will be held in Seoul, where domestic and international hackers and cybersecurity experts will share the latest security issues and practical techniques. It is expected to be a forum for discussing new threats and response strategies amidst the rapidly changing security environment driven by the proliferation of artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

The .HACK Conference 2026 will be held on April 7th and 8th on the 4th floor of the COEX Conference Room (South) in Seoul. This annual event brings together hackers, security practitioners, and researchers to share the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.

This year's conference is themed "New Threats, New Rules: New Rules for Future Security in a Changing Threat Landscape." Various sessions and programs will focus on the impact of rapidly evolving technologies, such as AI and automation, on the security landscape.

The first day of the event will feature the Dreamhack Invitational 2026 Finals, a traditional hacking defense competition. The second day will feature a presentation program including a keynote speech, a Tech session, a 'Lessons Learned' session where participants share their failure experiences, a Junior session, and a Web3 security track.

In the keynote, Theori researcher Tyler Nighswander will present a case study on security vulnerability detection using LLM (Large-Scale Language Model). Other presentations on AI and security are scheduled, including LLM agent vulnerabilities and defense strategies, automated risk detection and analysis techniques, and AI red-teaming pipelines in enterprise environments.

Additionally, the latest security technology trends and practical response cases will be covered through field-specific technical sessions, including a cloud security practice guide, Linux kernel and cutting-edge cryptography research, and analysis of mobile communications security issues.

During the event, there will also be side programs featuring major domestic online and offline security communities. The venue will feature a security solution promotion zone, hacking experience events, and participant networking programs.

Conference tickets are on sale until March 20th. Various ticket options are available, including general attendees, university students, and juniors. Ticket purchasers receive access to all sessions, lunch coupons, and official merchandise.
