Recruitment for "field partners" has begun, identifying unused spaces like factory and warehouse roofs and connecting them to solar power projects. H Energy announced it is recruiting participants for its "Our Neighborhood Rider" sales partner program, which identifies unused rooftops and connects them to its platform.

On the 4th, the company officially announced its recruitment of new "Neighborhood Riders." The target group is the rooftops of factories, warehouses, and livestock farms nationwide, where solar power plants can be installed. The company plans to promote the installation of rooftop solar power plants through "Solar Share," operated by H Energy.

SolarShare, the company explained, is a platform that leases empty rooftops on buildings, installs solar power plants, and provides rental income to building owners. In this program, riders are tasked with finding rooftops, introducing them, and acting as intermediaries. Designed to allow participation without any knowledge of solar power installations or administrative experience, the platform aims to be open to individuals seeking a side income outside of their main business, as well as existing sales staff, without restrictions.

The scope of work is focused on ‘discovery and introduction’. According to the company, riders find idle roofs larger than 60 pyeong and introduce SolarShare to building owners and factory owners. After that, the SolarShare operation organization takes charge of contract negotiations, permitting procedures, and actual construction and completion.

The company stated that compensation will be paid on a fixed-sum payment basis after the contract is concluded. The press release included examples such as a KRW 20,000 incentive per kW upon completion of the lease, KRW 4 million for a 200 kW contract, and KRW 10 million for a 500 kW contract.

The platform is designed to allow even small local electrical contractors to participate as riders. The company explained that once a construction company discovers a site, the platform handles complex processes like design and permitting, allowing the construction company to focus on quality construction. The platform also offers a guaranteed construction license upon contract completion, a construction cost of approximately 450,000 won per kW, a 20,000 won per kW incentive, and a "buy one get one free" construction license.

The company reported that CEO Ham Il-han said, “There is an urgent need to integrate roof resources scattered across the country into the power grid,” and that “we will change the market structure so that individuals can also participate in roof excavation in their region and earn profits.”
