Schneider Electric Korea unveiled an integrated automation strategy centered on AI-based data visualization and digital twins at the '2026 Smart Factory & Automation Industry Exhibition (AW 2026),' suggesting a direction for optimizing manufacturing operations.

AW 2026, which opened on March 4th at COEX Halls A, B, C, and D, the lobby, and THE PLATZ in Seoul, is being introduced as an exhibition that puts manufacturing AX (Automation Transformation) agendas such as ‘autonomous manufacturing’ and ‘sustainability’ at the forefront.

According to COEX and event information, AW 2026 will run until March 6, and the exhibition introduction presented Physical AI, robotics, AI factory, and autonomous manufacturing as key keywords.

At the exhibition, Schneider Electric Korea introduced its software and platform lineup, including AVEVA, EcoStruxure Automation Expert (EAE), ETAP, and EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert (PME), as well as its power and automation hardware portfolio, including Lexium Servo, SM AirSeT, and EasyPact MVS DA1.br />
According to the company (press release), the demo tour consisted of themes such as ‘AI-based data visualization and digital twin,’ ‘integrated industrial automation solution,’ and ‘smart energy and motor predictive maintenance,’ and explained the direction of integrated analysis of process and power data and demonstration of power digital twin through ETAP-PME linkage.

In a press release, Kwon Ji-woong, CEO of Schneider Electric Korea, stated, "We support the transition to autonomous manufacturing by connecting energy management, automation, and AI technologies into a single stream." The company emphasized that its open architecture platform, EcoStruxure, allows companies to gradually implement digital transformation while maintaining existing facilities.
