TT Tech Auto, a company in the software-defined vehicle (SDV) sector, has changed its name to 'Trust Motion'. This measure is a follow-up step to redefine the brand identity following the acquisition of NXP Semiconductors.

TT Tech Auto announced on the 30th that it is changing its company name to TrustMotion.

The name change is a follow-up measure to NXP Semiconductors' acquisition of TT Tech Auto, which was completed in June 2025. Trust Motion plans to focus on simplifying software and hardware integration for SDV development while maintaining its role as a neutral automotive parts supplier.

TrustMotion explained that although it has been incorporated under NXP, it maintains a neutral position encompassing original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), Tier-1 suppliers, semiconductor companies, and third-party software partners.

The company plans to accelerate SDV development by simplifying the integration of automotive software and hardware, and focus on providing a platform that considers scalability and safety.

Trust Motion's flagship product is 'MotionWise' modular safety middleware.

Based on this, the company provides system solutions, safety consulting, hardware design services, and customized system integration programs.

It was stated that this portfolio is designed with a structure applicable across the entire vehicle system and operates with the protection of partners' confidential information and data as the top priority.

Along with the change of company name, management personnel changes were also made. Trust Motion has appointed Chris Greentree as its new General Manager.

Stephan Poledna, the former head, has moved to the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to oversee technology strategy and product development.

The company explained that through this, it clarified the division of roles between technological leadership and management execution.

TrustMotion plans to continue cooperative relationships with various partners based on an open ecosystem strategy.

It presented a direction to support the entire global mobility ecosystem, adopting functional safety, security, and system integration capabilities required in the SDV environment as core values.

"We will collaborate with CTO Stefan to continuously develop the systems and platforms necessary for the era of software-defined vehicles," said the General Manager of Greentree. "We will continue our role as a trusted SDV partner based on openness, safety, and security."
