Provides linear, drift bandgap voltage references

Linear Technology Korea announced the release of a highly stable bandgap voltage reference family (product name: LT6657 ) featuring temperature drift characteristics of less than 1.5 ppm/°C. The LT6657 released by Linear provides low frequency noise of 0.5 ppm , long-term drift of less than 30 ppm, and thermal hysteresis of 35 ppm.The LT6657 is specified for an operating temperature range of –40°C to 125°C and is designed for the most demanding high-performance instruments, test equipment, and automotive systems. The buffered output can source or sink up to 10mA, and the input voltage range is at least 50mV higher than the output voltage or up to 40V, yet the current consumption is only 1.2mA.
In shutdown mode, the current consumption is reduced to µA. The load regulation error is less than 6 ppm/mA and the line regulation error is less than 4 ppm/V, both of which correspond to adverse conditions.

Linear Launches 1.5A, 15V Synchronous Boost Regulator
리니어 테크놀로지 코리아(지사장 홍사곽)는 통합형의 출력 차단 기능을 갖춘 3MHz 전류모드, 동기식 부스트 DC/DC 컨버터(제품명: LTC3121)를 출시했다고 발표했다. 이 제품의 내부 1.5A 스위치는 스타트업 될때(동작시 0.5V) 1.8V의 입력 전압 범위에서 5.5 V로 높은 출력 전압을 제공하여, 배터리 또는 표준 3.3 V 및 5 V 전원에 이상적이다. LTC3121은 5V입력시 12 V일 때 연속적인 출력 전류로 최고 400mA를 제공한다. 또한, 이 제품의 1.5 A 전류 제한 기능은 PCI Express와 같은 입력 전류에 제약적인 애플리케이션이면서 필요한 외부 부품의 크기를 최소화 해야 하는 애플리케이션에 매우 적합하다.
