AMD A10-8700P processor, Radeon R6 M340DX graphics, equipped with security features

Lenovo announced the launch of the ThinkPad E465/565 (hereinafter E465/565), targeting the enterprise laptop market. Lenovo explained that the new product is equipped with an AMD A10-8700P processor featuring four cores and six R6 GPU cores, and largely reflects the needs of individual and corporate customers by offering not only powerful graphics performance but also security features.

The E465/565 aims to achieve a perfect balance between work and leisure. Designed for portability, it is released in two models: 14-inch and 15.6-inch. Notably, both models are equipped with the R6 M340DX (2GB) graphics, which operate in dual-graphics mode using the integrated R6 graphics core and the dedicated R6 M325 graphics, making them suitable for demanding graphics work environments.

It is also equipped with up to 16GB of DDR3 memory and a 192GB SSD. Despite being enterprise products, the E465 weighs 1.8kg and is 24mm thick, while the E565 weighs 2.35kg and is 27mm thick, enhancing portability for users who frequently work outside the office. In addition, it features a Full HD ISP wide-angle display and incorporates Dolby Advanced Audio to provide vivid visuals and sound.

Fingerprint recognition feature, a security function for data safety

Lenovo stated that the E465/565 focuses its capabilities on enhancing the productivity of enterprise customers, noting that it is equipped with a fingerprint recognition feature to securely protect user data and a 720p HD camera suitable for video conferencing. It supports comfortable document work with a full-size spill-resistant keyboard and features a large touchpad to facilitate easy operation without a mouse, considering users who work in various environments.

Lenovo Korea began pre-orders for the E465/E565 on Auction, Gmarket, and WeMakePrice starting February 1st. All purchasing customers will receive an additional 4GB of memory, and the first 100 customers will receive a genuine Lenovo bag. Customers who leave a photo review will also receive a Lenovo PB300 power bank.
